Get Your Mental Health Back on Track by Setting Yourself up for Wellness Now

Mental health has had a bad rap for years and is often ignored or dealt with with a band-aid solution. Taking the wrong approach to mental health concerns makes them worse, so understanding what mental health is and how to improve it can help raise awareness for others and yourself.

Mental health is so much more than just a diagnosis, so let’s put that into perspective before going any further. You can think of mental health as your overall psychological well-being, including the ability to manage your emotions, how you speak and feel about yourself and others, and how you deal with everyday challenges.

It is a blessing that we have access to mental health care and can receive professional treatment. Access to this type of support, however, isn’t always easy or affordable. Therefore, we must follow the following steps to improve our mental health until we can receive professional help.

Here are some steps you can take to improve your mental health.

Take Good Care of Your Body

Maintaining your physical health is a great way to keep your mental well-being in good condition. Make sure you live a healthy lifestyle by following a healthy, and nutritious diet.

Add natural foods to your diet, which are foods without any additives, chemicals, sugars, etc. as best as possible. On top of your new diet, try out Adaptogen Elixir—a refreshingly tart kombucha with a hint of rose using black tea leaves and root extracts of astragalus, eleuthero, Rhodiola, ashwagandha, and Schisandra fruit.

Surround Yourself with Good People

The health of those who have positive family or social ties is generally better than that of those with no support system. Plan social events with family and supportive friends, or look for activities where you can meet new people, such as clubs, classes, or support groups.

You need to make sure the family, friends, and other connections you surround yourself with are right for you, because if they are damaging to your mental health, they may even derail it! You should listen to your intuition about such people since it’s usually accurate.

Practice Self-Care

When you have a busy professional life or kids at home, it is easy to feel like you don’t have time for yourself! However, you have plenty of time before you. Just commit your efforts.

Take just half an hour of alone time every day to listen to your favorite playlist, watch TV at the end of the day, read a book, take a bath or sit in nature. My favorite way to practice self-care is to sit back, relax, and enjoy a bottle of Adaptogen Elixir.

It’s a tasty way to bring a little “Calm to the Chaos.” The mix of kombucha and adaptogens gives me the balance I need to take care of mental health.

Don’t just take my word for it, though. Adaptogen Elixir features five adaptogens:

  • Ashwagandha to promote relaxation.
  • Astragalus to support immune health.
  • Eleuthero root to support focus and cognitive function.
  • Rhodiola to help manage the impact of physical and mental stress.
  • Schisandra to fight fatigue.

Each tackles a different issue, but when they combine their efforts… watch out. You’re about to receive a big ‘ol bliss bomb.

To benefit your physical and mental health, contact me and try Adaptogen Elixir today.

I spent 3 days with Janet guiding me through her processes.  I felt safe, supported, and every question I had was welcomed.  It's been a little over 6 weeks since we've worked together, and I've never felt this clear, open, and secure.

I’m so grateful for you!  Thank you so much, Earth Angel!  You are a wonderful observer.... reminding me to observe, too, You were present to our family in, really, the most intimate of ways. I felt no shame or humility to feel your kindness.  To be in such distress, and so vulnerable....

She has given us the tools and support to heal ourselves from extensive trauma from this life and generationally. Through her work with our family she has reset us through QNRT, which is a process that involves no required talking or retraumatizing and instead uses muscle testing to inform about the body’s neurological state and what needs attention and healing.
